ROGER365.io has been named an FD Gazelle 2026 by Het Financieele Dagblad, an award for fast-growing companies in the Netherlands.

The Delft-based contact centre software provider said the recognition follows three years of uninterrupted growth and a positive net result in the final year of the assessment period. To qualify, companies must record at least 20% revenue growth over three years, with the ranking also taking account of job creation and profitability.

ROGER365.io said it grew 40% year on year. Founded in 2021, the company sells a Microsoft Teams-based contact centre platform through a network of more than 45 partners and says it connects more than 30 million people a year for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States.

The business is one of seven vendors worldwide certified by Microsoft for both the Extend and Unify Teams Phone contact centre integration models, according to the company. It also said its Teams app is Microsoft 365 App Certified and that it holds ISO 27001 and NIS2-SC-30 certifications.

Growth test

The FD Gazelle programme is widely followed in the Netherlands as a measure of sustained expansion among privately held businesses. For software companies, the criteria place as much emphasis on financial consistency as on top-line growth.

Gerben Hoogwerff Kroon, Chief Executive Officer of ROGER365.io, linked the award to the company's financial position as well as its technical standing.

"Growth is easy to claim. It is much harder to prove. The FD criteria look at revenue, jobs and profitability together, so this award tells our customers and partners something certifications alone cannot. Technical leadership, security and process maturity show what we deliver today. Financial health shows we will still be investing in it tomorrow," said Gerben Hoogwerff Kroon, Chief Executive Officer of ROGER365.io.

ROGER365.io said it was built on the idea that organisations already using Microsoft Teams should not need a separate platform for customer communications. Its products include ROGER365.io Xtend and ROGER365.io UnifAI, which run natively in Microsoft Teams.

Partner model

ROGER365.io goes to market exclusively through partners rather than selling direct. The company said that approach underpins a recurring-revenue software model and has helped it expand across multiple geographies.

Patrick Scherbeijn, Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer, said the company's growth was closely tied to its partner base.

"This award belongs to our team, our partners and our customers. Every customer we serve was reached and supported by a ROGER365.io partner, so our growth is quite literally their growth. For organisations exploring AI in customer contact, we offer one of the few fully European, high-quality omnichannel solutions, and a stable base to build on," said Patrick Scherbeijn, Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer.

The company also pointed to its European hosting and in-tenant data residency as part of its offering for customers that want customer contact systems to remain within existing Microsoft environments. Its customers include municipalities and private sector groups.

One named user is Quooker, which runs customer telephony across 19 countries on a single ROGER365.io platform. The kitchen appliance manufacturer has expanded from four to more than 100 queues since going live, according to the company.

Tim Hermsen, IT System Administrator at Quooker, said reliability remained the central requirement.

"The basis is it must always work. Features are great, but the foundation of a contact center is reliability," said Tim Hermsen, IT System Administrator at Quooker.

Other customers listed by ROGER365.io include Tony's Chocolonely, Nieuwestroom, Stad Lokeren, Axi Digital, SMT and Mosaic World.

The award adds a financial benchmark to a business that has already used Microsoft and security certifications to establish credibility in a crowded contact centre software market. For buyers and channel partners, the FD Gazelle label offers an external signal that the company has met growth and profitability thresholds in its home market.
